Q: What do you do on a pet sitting visit? 

Each of our visits is customized per your instructions. Some of the common services include food and fresh water, walking dogs, litter boxes and cages cleaned, medication, brushing and play time. For vacation clients we can also bring in the mail and newspaper, bring trash barrels to and from the curb, water plants and rotate the lights and blinds. 

Q: Do you pick up my dog's waste on walks? 

Yes we do. We ask that you provide the bags.

Q: What are your hours?

We offer pet care 7 days a week / 365 days a year. Our first visit of the day is at 7am and our last visit is made at 8pm. 

We do NOT offer overnight services.

Our office hours are Monday - Friday from 9am to 4pm. 

Q: Will I always have the same sitter each visit?

We understand the bond that your pets will have with their sitter, so it is always our goal to send your primary sitter on each visit.  However, in cases when this is not possible (scheduling, illness or injury), another team member will be fully equipped, prepared and qualified to care for your fur baby. Your Time to Pet schedule will allow you to see which sitter is assigned to each visit. 

Q: My dog has never spent the night alone. Will he be okay without an overnight sitter?

For most healthy, content pets a late evening visit, followed by an early morning visit should be fine. 

Q: How do I make my payments? 

Payments are due at or before the first scheduled service. Clients may pay online through their Time to Pet account by electronic check, credit or debit card.

If advance payments have not been made, clients will have their card charged on the Monday or Friday before the first scheduled service. 

Q: My pet does not require daily visits. Can you come every other day?

We encourage visits for your dog at least once every 12 hours. For all other pets we strongly recommend at least one visit every 24 hours so that we can ensure they're safety and well being.  However, we are happy to discuss and work with your pet care needs.
