Here are the steps to becoming a new client:
1. Contact Us
Send us a message and let us know a little about your pets and the type of service you are looking for.
We respond to all inquiries in less than 24 business hours.
2. create an online account
Complete your family's online Time to Pet profile. This will allow us to learn more about your pet care needs, allowing us to match the right sitters to your home. The more information that we have about your pet, the better. The questions that we ask are aimed at giving us an overall picture of your pet's personality in order to make sure that we give you and your pets the best experience, from the very beginning.
3. Meet & Greet
We require a meet and greet prior to booking any new clients, no exceptions. This a great opportunity for you to meet your new pet sitter and get the answers to any questions or concerns you may have.
Depending on the type of pet care you need, these consultations may be held at your home, hotel or our office.
4. Book Services
Once you have completed the meet and greet, you can use your Time to Pet account to request services, view your service schedule, contact your pet sitter, view your invoice and make payments toward your account.
